Join our team as a Custom Software Engineer, specializing in developing innovative SAP solutions. This role involves creating custom software, enhancing components across systems, and leveraging modern frameworks with agile practices to deliver high-performing, scalable applications. Focus on designing, coding, and optimizing solutions tailored to specific business needs, particularly within the SAP ecosystem.

Design and develop high-performance ABAP solutions for SAP HANA, utilizing pushdown principles and efficient data models with CDS views. Implement critical logic using AMDP/SQLScript while adhering to clean architecture and secure coding standards. Build AI-enabled SAP experiences by integrating ABAP services with LLM capabilities, focusing on tool calling, retrieval grounding, and robust evaluation loops. Ensure observability, reliability, and seamless integration with SAP and non-SAP ecosystems, collaborating across teams for end-to-end solution delivery.

A minimum of 3 years of experience is required, with a strong foundation in ABAP Development on HANA, including performance tuning and efficient SQL access. Proficiency in CDS views, modern data modeling, AMDP/SQLScript, and solid software engineering discipline (clean design, testing, CI/CD) are essential. Experience with AI native capabilities such as LLM integration, retrieval grounding, tool orchestration, evaluation loops, and safety boundaries is crucial. A 15-year full-time education is a mandatory requirement.
