AI powered tech talent is sought to design, configure, and enhance SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting capabilities. You will utilize AI assisted development tools and copilots to speed up financial process analysis, configuration, documentation, test creation, and troubleshooting. The role prioritizes integration, quality delivery, and AI enabled productivity, without requiring deep model development or advanced LLM/RAG engineering.

Configure and enhance core SAP FI components, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Banking, Tax, and Financial Closing. Translate business requirements into scalable SAP configurations, utilizing AI copilots to expedite analysis and documentation. Support end-to-end delivery encompassing requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and hypercare. Integrate SAP FI with other SAP modules (MM, SD, CO, AA) and external systems via standard integration patterns and APIs.

Employ AI copilots for drafting functional specifications, validating configurations, generating test scripts, performing impact analysis, and creating documentation. Apply pre-built AI services, such as anomaly detection, forecasting, and intelligent validations, to improve finance processes. Utilize AI tools for financial data interpretation, error diagnosis, and faster resolution.

Ensure adherence to SDLC, audit controls, finance governance, data accuracy, and system performance standards. Conduct workshops, solution walkthroughs, testing cycles, and troubleshooting sessions using AI-enhanced insights. Collaborate with finance users, functional teams, technical teams, and cross-module stakeholders to ensure aligned, high-quality solutions. Contribute to reusable templates, checklists, documentation patterns, and AI-assisted development best practices.

A strong understanding of SAP FI S/4HANA processes is essential, including the Universal Journal, Financial Closing & Reporting, AP/AR Processing, Asset Accounting (AA), Banking & Cash Management, and Taxation and compliance. Experience integrating FI with CO, MM, and SD is required.

Hands-on experience with AI copilots, LLM-based assistants, automated documentation, and AI-driven testing tools is necessary. A foundational understanding of AI concepts, limitations, responsible AI usage, and practical application of pre-built AI services (not model training, RAG, or agentic development) is expected. The ability to use AI for analysis, validation, test generation, workflow optimization, and issue resolution is key.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in finance processes and data are important. Clear communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with business and technical teams are vital. Candidates should be able to translate business requirements into well-structured SAP finance solutions and possess a continuous learning mindset with comfort in adopting AI-enabled workflows. A minimum of 3 years of experience is required, and 15 years of full-time education is mandatory.
