We are seeking a Custom Software Engineer to join our team. This role involves developing and enhancing custom software solutions across various systems. You will utilize modern frameworks and agile methodologies to deliver scalable, high-performing applications tailored to specific business requirements.

This position focuses on leveraging AI-assisted development tools to streamline processes such as requirement analysis, coding, configuration, testing, documentation, and troubleshooting. The primary goal is to deliver efficient Order to Cash (O2C) solutions and improve overall productivity through AI-enabled assistance.

Configure and optimize SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) components, including order management, pricing, delivery processing, billing, credit management, and returns. Utilize AI copilots to expedite the creation of functional specifications, validation of pricing logic, generation of test cases, and documentation. Support the full lifecycle of SAP SD implementations, from requirements gathering and solution design through configuration, testing (SIT/UAT), deployment, and post-go-live support. Integrate SAP SD with other modules like MM, FI, PP, WM/EWM, and external systems using standard APIs and middleware. Apply AI-enabled tools to accelerate process analysis, pricing issue diagnostics, impact analysis for changes, test planning, and documentation automation. Incorporate pre-built AI features into SD workflows for tasks like automated exception detection and intelligent order classification. Leverage LLM-assisted troubleshooting to reduce incident resolution times.

A strong foundation in SAP SD is essential, with a deep understanding of O2C processes from order creation to billing and credit checks. Experience with integrations between SAP SD/FI and SD/MM, recognizing cross-module dependencies. Familiarity with master data, IDocs, outputs, and common SD troubleshooting techniques. Demonstrated experience with AI copilots, automated documentation tools, and AI-assisted testing or analysis tools. Ability to integrate pre-built AI capabilities into SAP SD process flows is crucial. Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills within O2C scenarios. Communicate effectively and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders. A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is required, with a preference for candidates with 2-5 years. 15 years of full-time education is a prerequisite for this role.
