Design and implement custom Workfront workflows, templates, forms, dashboards, and reports to optimize diverse business processes. Build and maintain sophisticated Fusion scenarios for automating approvals, notifications, and data pipelines across enterprise systems. Administer the Workfront environment, managing users, roles, permissions, blueprints, templates, governance, and licenses to ensure stability and compliance. Collaborate closely with project managers, business owners, engineering teams, and IT on requirements, solution design, documentation, training, and change management. Continuously enhance workflows and identify new automation opportunities to support broader operational transformation initiatives.

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field is necessary. Requires a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in Workfront design, development, and administration. Possession of Adobe Workfront/Fusion certification is highly desired, along with strong expertise in building, debugging, and maintaining complex Fusion integrations. Demonstrate deep knowledge of Workfront administration, including users, groups, roles, permissions, templates, reporting, and governance. Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and enterprise integrations is crucial. Must possess strong problem-solving, analytical, and documentation skills, coupled with excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Comfort in a fast-paced environment with third-party integrations is essential. Workfront core and fusion certified resources are sought after.
