Develop and enhance custom software solutions with a focus on SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) processes. This role leverages modern frameworks and agile methodologies to deliver scalable, high-performance solutions tailored to business needs. You will utilize AI-assisted development tools, including copilots, to accelerate various stages of the software development lifecycle.

The position centers on creating efficient Order to Cash (O2C) solutions, integrating pre-built AI services where advantageous, and boosting productivity through AI enablement rather than deep AI model development. You will play a key role in designing, configuring, and enhancing SAP SD functionalities to drive business transformation.

Configure and optimize SAP SD components such as Order Management, Pricing, Delivery, Billing, and Credit Management. Employ AI copilots to draft functional specifications, validate pricing logic, automate test case generation, and expedite documentation. Support end-to-end implementation cycles, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, SIT/UAT, deployment, and post-go-live support. Integrate SD with MM, FI, PP, WM/EWM, and external systems using standard APIs and middleware.

Accelerate process analysis, pricing issue diagnostics, impact analysis, and test planning using AI-enabled tools. Incorporate pre-built AI features into SD workflows for automated exception detection or intelligent order classification. Utilize LLM-assisted troubleshooting to reduce incident resolution times. Ensure solutions adhere to SDLC practices, audit controls, and compliance requirements, and contribute reusable templates and best practices enhanced by AI accelerators.

A strong understanding of SAP SD processes, including O2C, order creation, ATP, shipping, billing, credit checks, and pricing procedures is essential. Experience with SD/FI and SD/MM integrations and cross-module dependencies is required, along with knowledge of master data, IDocs, outputs, and common SD troubleshooting. Practical experience using AI copilots, automated documentation tools, and AI-assisted testing/analysis tools is crucial.

Demonstrated ability to integrate pre-built AI capabilities into SD process flows, alongside an understanding of responsible AI usage and its limitations in commercial workflows, is necessary. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in O2C scenarios, the ability to translate business requirements into scalable SAP SD configurations, and effective communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional stakeholders are also vital. A continuous learning mindset and comfort with AI-augmented productivity tools are expected.
