We are seeking a Custom Software Engineer to design, code, and enhance components across systems and applications.

This role focuses on developing scalable, high-performing solutions tailored to specific business needs, utilizing modern frameworks and agile practices.

You will leverage AI-assisted development tools to accelerate requirement analysis, configuration, testing, documentation, and problem resolution within SAP Materials Management (MM).

Ensure streamlined procurement, inventory management, and supplier collaboration by integrating pre-built AI capabilities for enhanced productivity, without requiring deep involvement in LLM development.

Configure and optimize SAP MM processes, including Procure-to-Pay (P2P), purchase requisition/order management, source lists, quota arrangements, vendor management, inventory management, material master data, and release strategies.

Utilize AI copilots to generate functional specifications, validate configuration logic, create high-quality test cases, and automate key documentation.

Support end-to-end delivery from requirements gathering to hypercare, integrating MM with SD, FI, PP, QM, and external systems via standard APIs, IDocs, and middleware.

Apply AI tools for accelerated requirement interpretation, process design, data validation, error diagnostics, test creation, and document generation. Integrate pre-built AI services for automated classification, predictive signals, and intelligent summarization of procurement exceptions.

Ensure compliance with procurement governance, audit policies, and material master standards. Collaborate with various teams to deliver cohesive MM solutions and contribute reusable templates and best practices.

Possess a strong understanding of SAP MM, including P2P processes, purchasing document flows, vendor evaluation, and inventory management.

Demonstrate experience configuring material master, vendor master, PO/PR processing, goods movements, and release strategies, with familiarity in integrating across SD, FI, PP, and QM.

Have hands-on experience with AI copilots, LLM-powered documentation tools, and AI-assisted testing accelerators. Ability to integrate pre-built AI capabilities into MM workflows is essential.

Showcase strong analytical and problem-solving skills in procurement and material management, with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable SAP MM configurations.
