Join our team as a Custom Software Engineer to craft innovative software solutions. You will be instrumental in designing, coding, and refining components across various systems and applications.

Leverage modern frameworks and agile methodologies to deliver scalable, high-performance solutions precisely tailored to unique business requirements. This role is ideal for a proactive engineer passionate about building impactful custom software.

Spearhead the end-to-end development and deployment of Copilot Studio agents, encompassing topic design, knowledge source integration, and generative answer configuration.

Extend agent capabilities by integrating Power Automate, MCP Server tool connections, and Azure AI Foundry models where necessary. You will also configure generative orchestration and knowledge sources to ensure accurate agent responses.

Develop and maintain Power Automate flows for backend processes and system connections. Furthermore, you will implement and consume MCP Server tool/plugin connections, manage agent publishing across multiple channels, and conduct unit-level testing to resolve issues.

Demonstrate strong development expertise, particularly with hands-on experience in Microsoft Copilot Studio, covering topics, generative orchestration, knowledge sources, publishing, and ALM practices.

Possess a working knowledge of Power Automate for flow automation and its integration with Copilot Studio agents. Familiarity with configuring MCP Server/tool connections to enhance agent actions is essential.

An understanding of Azure AI Foundry for model selection and grounding patterns is beneficial. Experience with responsible AI principles and bias/safety validation is also expected. Agile delivery experience is preferred, alongside robust debugging and conversational flow troubleshooting skills.
