We are seeking a Custom Software Engineer to join our team. This role involves designing, coding, and enhancing software components across various systems and applications. You will utilize modern frameworks and agile methodologies to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions that meet specific business needs. The position focuses on leveraging AI-assisted development tools to accelerate financial analysis, configuration, documentation, testing, and troubleshooting within SAP FSCM Treasury and Risk Management (TRM).

This role emphasizes improving treasury operations, financial risk visibility, and integration efficiency through AI-enabled productivity enhancements, rather than building custom AI models.

Key responsibilities include configuring and optimizing SAP FSCM TRM components such as Cash & Liquidity Management, Transaction Manager, Credit Risk, Market Risk, and Hedge Management. You will use AI copilots to prepare functional documents, validate configuration logic, generate test cases, and automate repetitive tasks. Supporting end-to-end delivery, from requirements gathering to hypercare, is crucial. Integration with FI, CO, In House Cash, Bank Communication Management, Market Data providers, and external financial platforms will be a significant part of the role.

Additionally, you will apply AI copilots for treasury process analysis, exposure/position interpretation, testing acceleration, documentation generation, and workflow optimization. Pre-built AI services will be used for anomaly detection, forecasting, and transaction classification. LLM-assisted troubleshooting tools will help accelerate root cause analysis and data verification. Ensuring solutions meet financial controls, audit requirements, and compliance policies is paramount.

The ideal candidate possesses strong functional knowledge of SAP TRM areas including financial instruments lifecycle, valuations, accruals, postings, market data handling, credit and market risk, and hedge accounting. Experience integrating TRM with SAP FI, CO, BCM, IHC, and external banking/market data systems is required. You should have hands-on experience with AI copilots, LLM-based documentation tools, and AI-supported test automation, with the ability to integrate pre-built AI features into treasury workflows. A solid understanding of AI tool limitations and responsible AI usage in finance and risk domains is necessary.

We are looking for individuals with strong analytical skills regarding treasury processes, financial instruments, and risk scenarios. The ability to translate business requirements into scalable SAP TRM configurations is essential. Effective communication with treasury and finance stakeholders, along with a continuous learning mindset embracing AI-assisted tools, will contribute to success in this role. A 15-year full-time education is mandatory.
