- Take ownership of tasks and evolve into a Subject Matter Expert (SME). - Actively participate and contribute in team discussions and problem-solving sessions. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and analyze requirements for custom software projects. - Maintain and update existing software to boost performance and reliability. - Document all software designs, processes, and modifications for future reference and knowledge sharing. - Provide guidance and support to junior team members, fostering their development.

- Minimum 2 years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering MES. - Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies. - Proven experience in designing and implementing scalable software architectures. - Effective troubleshooting and complex issue resolution skills. - Familiarity with integrating Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) with other enterprise applications. - Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders. - Completion of 15 years of full-time education is required.
