Drive the design and development of cutting-edge infotainment applications using Android Automotive OS (AAOS). This role offers a unique opportunity to engage in full-stack architecture, HAL integration, and system-level collaboration.

Contribute to delivering high-performance, automotive-grade user experiences. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in AAOS, embedded systems, and infotainment platforms, coupled with extensive experience in Android development.

Develop sophisticated infotainment applications within the AAOS framework, emphasizing modularity, peak performance, and long-term maintainability.

Build and integrate modules for seamless interaction with VHAL and other HALs via AIDL/HIDL, and connect applications with essential system services and vendor-specific frameworks.

Troubleshoot and optimize performance across application, framework, and HAL layers to ensure robust stability.

Collaborate closely with platform, hardware, and QA teams to achieve integrated and validated solutions. Mentor junior developers, instilling best practices in architecture, code quality, and testing.

A minimum of five to six years of dedicated experience in Automotive Digital Cockpit Solutions is essential. Proficiency in Java, Kotlin, and C++ (14/17) is required, alongside a deep understanding of the Android SDK, NDK, Jetpack libraries, and MVVM architecture.

Demonstrated experience with Android components, AIDL/HIDL, VHAL, and HAL-to-app communication is crucial. Familiarity with AAOS car services, infotainment integration, and common automotive protocols like BT, Wi-Fi, GPS, and CAN at the application level is highly valued.

Experience with partitioning concepts, cross-partition communication, and modern development tools including Git, CI/CD workflows, and debugging utilities is expected. Knowledge of ISO 26262, ASPICE, ISO/SAE 21434, and cybersecurity practices is a significant advantage.
