We are seeking a Custom Software Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role involves designing, coding, and enhancing components across various systems and applications. As a Custom Software Engineer, your typical day will involve developing tailored software components that integrate seamlessly within larger systems. Your role will also involve maintaining and improving existing software components for better performance and reliability, documenting development processes for knowledge sharing, and assisting junior team members with guidance and support.

Essential qualifications include a minimum of 3 years of experience specifically with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Sites. Proficiency in component-based development and content management systems is crucial.

A strong understanding of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is required. Familiarity with agile software development methodologies and version control systems is expected. The ability to efficiently troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues, along with knowledge of integrating third-party services and APIs, will contribute to success in this role. A requirement of 15 years of full-time education is also necessary.
