As a Custom Software Engineer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet specific business process and application requirements. This role involves understanding stakeholder needs and translating them into effective software solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure applications align with organizational goals and deliver excellent user experiences, while continuously adapting solutions to evolving business demands.

A solid grasp of software development methodologies and version control systems is expected. Candidates should be able to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
