Join our team as a Custom Software Engineer, focusing on innovative SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) solutions. This role involves designing, coding, and enhancing components using modern frameworks and agile methodologies to deliver scalable, high-performing applications. You will leverage AI-assisted development tools and copilots to streamline requirement analysis, configuration, testing, documentation, and troubleshooting.

The primary focus is on delivering efficient Order to Cash (O2C) solutions, integrating pre-built AI services where beneficial, and enhancing productivity through AI-enabled assistance, rather than deep AI model development.

Key responsibilities include configuring and optimizing SAP SD components such as Order Management, Pricing, Delivery, Billing, Credit Management, and Returns. You will utilize AI copilots to expedite the creation of functional specifications, validation of pricing logic, generation of test cases, and acceleration of documentation.

This role also supports end-to-end implementation cycles, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, SIT/UAT, deployment, and post-go-live support. Integration with other SAP modules (MM, FI, PP, WM/EWM) and external systems via standard APIs and middleware is crucial. Additionally, you will apply AI-enabled tools to accelerate process analysis, pricing diagnostics, impact analysis, test planning, and documentation automation.

We require a strong understanding of SAP SD and O2C processes, including order creation, ATP, shipping, billing, credit checks, and pricing procedures. Experience with SD/FI and SD/MM integrations, cross-module dependencies, and master data is essential.

Hands-on experience with AI copilots, automated documentation tools, and AI-assisted testing/analysis is necessary. The ability to integrate pre-built AI capabilities into SD process flows is important, alongside an understanding of responsible AI usage and its limitations in commercial workflows. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are also vital for translating business requirements into scalable SAP SD configurations and collaborating effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
