We are seeking dynamic Mid-Level Application Architects and Senior Developers with a strong emphasis on hands-on development and practical solution design. The ideal candidate will possess robust experience in Java Spring Boot and Python, alongside a working knowledge of front-end technologies like React or Angular. A foundational understanding of AI integration is also essential.

Lead the design and delivery of AI-driven solutions, applying Generative and Agentic AI to tackle complex business challenges and automate processes. Integrate intelligent insights into enterprise workflows for measurable business impact.

Key responsibilities include hands-on coding for application-heavy solutions, writing clean and efficient code in Java Spring Boot or Python for backend systems, and contributing to front-end development with React or Angular. You will partner with senior architects to design scalable, cloud-native application architectures, focusing on performance and maintainability in multi-cloud environments.

Build and maintain integrations using APIs, microservices, and event-driven patterns. Develop and deploy applications across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud, optimizing for cost and performance. Implement practical AI features and collaborate with DevOps teams on containerized solutions and CI/CD pipelines, utilizing IaC tools. Ensure application performance and security through code reviews and adherence to best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stay updated on emerging technologies.

A minimum of 5 to 12 years of hands-on experience in full-stack development is required, with at least 2 years in a lead developer or junior architect role. Demonstrated experience building and deploying solutions in multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is crucial.
