Join our team as a Custom Software Engineer to architect and deliver innovative software solutions. This role focuses on designing, coding, and enhancing components across various systems, utilizing modern frameworks and agile methodologies to create scalable, high-performance applications that precisely meet business requirements.

Develop and deploy end-to-end Copilot Studio agents, meticulously crafting topics, knowledge sources, and generative responses. Extend agent capabilities through Power Automate, MCP Server tool connections, and Azure AI Foundry-hosted models. This includes designing conversation flows, configuring generative orchestration, building Power Automate flows for backend processes, and implementing MCP Server tool connections. Responsibilities also encompass testing agent publishing across channels, managing environment practices, tuning agent behavior with Azure AI Foundry for advanced grounding, conducting unit-level testing, troubleshooting, and applying responsible AI principles.

A strong foundation in development is essential, with hands-on expertise in Microsoft Copilot Studio (topics, generative orchestration, knowledge sources, publishing, and ALM). You'll need working knowledge of Power Automate for seamless integration and experience configuring MCP Server/tool connections. Familiarity with Azure AI Foundry for model selection, prompt engineering, and grounding patterns like RAG is beneficial. A solid understanding of responsible AI principles and bias/safety validation is crucial. Agile delivery experience and strong debugging skills for conversational flows are preferred. A full-time education spanning 15 years is also a requirement for this position.
