Key responsibilities include: - Understanding and participating in the SAFE Agile framework and its events. - Applying strong Salesforce CRM design and architectural knowledge. - Contributing to defining business, functional, and technical requirements. - Engaging in application design, configuration, testing, and deployment phases. - Utilizing excellent triaging, troubleshooting, root cause, and impact analysis skills. - Developing and executing testing strategies, producing necessary documentation. - Applying best practices for enhancements, bug fixes, and ongoing support of the Salesforce.com platform. - Testing application stability and functionality. - Providing end-user technical assistance and troubleshooting. - Presenting and demonstrating developed functionalities. - Communicating clearly and effectively with all involved parties.

We are looking for a Custom Software Engineer with a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent, and 5-6 years of experience. A strong foundation in Salesforce Development, particularly with Salesforce Lightning Configurations, Apex Triggers, Classes, LWC, Flows, and API Integrations, is essential.

Ideal candidates will possess: - Proficiency in Apex Triggers, Apex Classes, LWC, Flows, Batch Apex, and Rest API Integrations. - Familiarity with Future Methods, Scheduled Apex, Queueable Apex, Test Classes, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Visual Force. - A solid understanding of Salesforce security models, data management, and configuration. - Experience building Reports and Dashboards. - Advanced knowledge of software development in an Agile environment, with SAFe experience being a significant advantage. - Extensive experience designing and developing on the Salesforce.com application. - Specific experience in Service Cloud, CTI integration, Omni channel, or Knowledge Management is highly valued. - Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins/CLI and IDEs such as Eclipse or VS Code. - Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders. - Flexibility, accuracy, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team in a dynamic, high-pressure environment. - The capacity to partner effectively with both technical and non-technical peers.
