We are seeking a Custom Software Engineer to develop and enhance software components using modern frameworks and agile practices. This role focuses on delivering scalable, high-performing solutions tailored to specific business needs, ensuring seamless integration across systems and applications.

This position involves leveraging AI-assisted development tools to accelerate various stages of the software lifecycle, including requirement analysis, configuration, testing, documentation, and problem resolution. The goal is to boost productivity without requiring deep expertise in core AI development.

Configure and optimize SAP Materials Management (MM) processes, including Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Purchase Requisition/Order Management, Vendor and Inventory Management, and Material Master Data.

Utilize AI copilots to generate functional specifications, validate configuration logic, create test cases, and automate documentation. Support end-to-end delivery from requirements gathering to hypercare.

Apply AI tools to expedite requirement interpretation, process design, data validation, error diagnostics, test creation, and document generation. Integrate pre-built AI services to enhance MM operations, such as automated classification or predictive signals.

Ensure compliance with procurement governance, audit policies, and material master standards. Participate in process optimization discussions and collaborate with various teams to deliver cohesive MM solutions.

A minimum of 3 years of experience is required, with a preference for 2-5 years. Must possess strong SAP MM Materials Management expertise, including a deep understanding of P2P processes, inventory management, and material master configuration.

Familiarity with integration across SD, FI, PP, and QM modules is essential. Experience using AI copilots, LLM-powered documentation tools, and AI-assisted testing accelerators is required.

Ability to integrate pre-built AI capabilities into MM workflows is crucial. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, clear communication, and a continuous learning mindset are expected for this role.
