This role is crucial for configuring and managing Jira to align with evolving business needs. The ideal candidate will possess strong Jira administration experience, foundational Groovy scripting or development skills, and a solid understanding of Agile principles. Familiarity with plugin integrations, reporting, and migration activities will be advantageous.

Key responsibilities include assisting with the setup, configuration, and daily administration of Jira and Confluence environments. You will be involved in workflow customization, managing user permissions and access controls, and building filters, dashboards, and reports using JQL. The role also entails utilizing Groovy scripting for automation, developing scripted fields and listeners, and supporting integrations via REST APIs. Additionally, you will troubleshoot user issues, contribute to documentation and training, and participate in tool enhancement discussions.

This position requires a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science or Information Systems.
