This position focuses on leveraging AI-powered technologies to transform SAP Materials Management (MM). You will configure and enhance MM processes, utilizing AI development tools and copilots to streamline analysis, configuration, testing, and problem resolution. The goal is to achieve efficient procurement, inventory management, and supplier collaboration, integrating AI capabilities to boost productivity without requiring deep custom AI model development.

Configure and optimize SAP Materials Management (MM) processes, including Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Purchase Requisition/Order Management, Source Lists, Vendor Management, Inventory Management, and Material Master Data. Leverage AI copilots to generate functional specifications, validate configuration logic, create high-quality test cases, and automate documentation processes. Support end-to-end solution delivery from requirements gathering to hypercare, including solution design, configuration, SIT/UAT, and deployment. Integrate MM processes with other SAP modules (SD, FI, PP, QM) and external systems using standard APIs, IDocs, and middleware. Apply AI tools to accelerate requirement interpretation, process design, data validation, error diagnostics, test creation, and document generation. Integrate pre-built AI services for enhanced MM operations, such as automated classification, predictive signals for low stock, and intelligent summarization of exceptions. Utilize LLM-assisted troubleshooting to reduce incident resolution times. Ensure compliance with procurement governance, audit policies, and material master standards. Collaborate with procurement, warehouse, finance, production, and other teams to deliver cohesive MM solutions. Contribute reusable templates and AI-augmented best practices for MM configuration and testing.

Possess strong expertise in SAP MM, with a deep understanding of P2P processes, purchasing document flows, vendor evaluation, and inventory management. Demonstrate experience in configuring material master, vendor master, PO/PR processing, goods movements, and release strategies. Familiarity with integration across SAP SD, FI, PP, and QM modules is essential. Knowledge of IDocs, outputs, pricing procedures, and common MM troubleshooting patterns is required. Gain hands-on experience using AI copilots, LLM-powered documentation tools, and AI-assisted testing accelerators. Be able to integrate pre-built AI capabilities into MM workflows for automation and insight generation. Understand responsible AI usage, data quality impacts, and AI limitations in procurement contexts. Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving skills in procurement and material management scenarios. Ability to translate business requirements into logical, scalable SAP MM configurations. Possess clear communication and collaboration skills across functional business teams. Maintain a continuous learning mindset with comfort adopting AI-enabled productivity tools. A 15-year full-time education is a mandatory requirement.
