We are seeking a skilled Custom Software Engineer to design and develop tailored software solutions. - Lead development efforts, acting as a Subject Matter Expert (SME). - Actively participate in and contribute to team discussions and problem-solving. - Collaborate with diverse teams to gather and analyze requirements for custom software. - Enhance existing software components for improved performance and reliability. - Create comprehensive documentation for development processes and solutions. - Mentor and support junior team members, fostering their professional development.

- A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in SAP BW/4HANA Data Modeling & Development is mandatory. - Demonstrated proficiency in designing data models and developing data flows within SAP BW/4HANA. - Strong ability to optimize data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes. - Familiarity with integrating SAP BW/4HANA with other enterprise systems. - Experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to data modeling and development. - A solid understanding of database concepts and data warehousing principles relevant to SAP BW/4HANA.
