You will help streamline essential business processes, integrate advanced AI capabilities, and contribute to the future of technology solutions without needing to build AI models from scratch.

Configure and optimize SAP Materials Management (MM) processes, including Procure-to-Pay (P2P), vendor management, and inventory control.

Employ AI copilots to generate functional specifications, validate configurations, create test cases, and automate documentation, accelerating delivery.

Support the entire project lifecycle, from requirements gathering and solution design to deployment and post-go-live support.

Integrate MM processes with other SAP modules (SD, FI, PP, QM) and external systems using standard APIs and middleware.

Apply AI tools to interpret requirements, validate data, diagnose errors in procurement and inventory workflows, and assess change impacts.

Generate comprehensive documentation like Functional Specifications (FS), Technical Specifications (TS), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and Knowledge Transfer (KT) decks.

Integrate pre-built AI services for enhanced MM operations, such as automated material classification or predictive insights into stock levels and delivery delays.

Ensure adherence to procurement governance, audit policies, and material master standards.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, finance, and production, to deliver cohesive MM solutions.

Contribute to a repository of reusable templates, checklists, and AI-augmented best practices for MM configuration and testing.

Possess a strong understanding of SAP MM functionalities, including P2P processes, purchasing documents, vendor evaluation, and inventory management.

Demonstrate experience in configuring material and vendor masters, purchase orders/requisitions, goods movements, and release strategies.

Exhibit familiarity with integration points between SAP MM and modules like SD, FI, PP, and QM.

Have knowledge of IDocs, output determination, pricing procedures, and common MM troubleshooting techniques.

Show hands-on experience with AI copilots, LLM-driven documentation tools, and AI-assisted testing accelerators.

Possess the ability to integrate existing AI services into MM workflows for automation and insight generation.

Understand the principles of responsible AI usage, data quality implications, and the practical limitations of AI in procurement.

Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address procurement and material management challenges.
