As a Custom Software Engineer, you will be instrumental in crafting bespoke software solutions tailored to meet unique business requirements. This role involves actively collaborating with diverse teams to design, implement, and refine system and application components.

You will leverage modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable, high-performance solutions. Your expertise will be crucial in addressing complex development challenges and driving continuous improvement in our software development lifecycle.

This role requires an individual who can operate as a Subject Matter Expert and independently contribute to projects.

You are expected to actively participate in team discussions, offering innovative solutions to work-related problems.

Collaboration with team members to define and implement best practices in software development, including rigorous code reviews to maintain high quality and adherence to standards, is also essential.

A minimum of 3 years of experience is necessary, with a strong proficiency in the Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform being essential.

Familiarity with Microsoft Azure Data Services, Microsoft Azure Analytics Services, and Microsoft Azure Databricks is highly desirable.

A solid understanding of data integration techniques, ETL processes, and cloud-based data storage and processing solutions is required. Experience with agile development methodologies is also expected.
