Drive the adoption of AI capabilities within Polarion Copilot for content validation, similarity analysis, and AI-assisted requirements engineering. Design and implement AI-enabled ALM solutions, collaborating with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities. Support AI-assisted migration of legacy documents into Polarion, and define governance and security controls for AI workflows. Evaluate and integrate enterprise AI services with Polarion, contributing to AI architecture and best practices.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in Siemens Polarion ALM is essential, including configuration, customization, workflows, and integrations. Proficiency in Polarion Copilot features such as Content Validation, Similarity Analysis, and AI Chatbot is required. Familiarity with Systems Engineering and Requirements Engineering standards, alongside experience with AI/GenAI technologies like Azure OpenAI, LLMs, and RAG architectures, is necessary. A strong understanding of AI governance and enterprise deployment models for regulated environments is also crucial.
