Join our team as a Custom Software Engineer, focusing on developing innovative SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) solutions. This role leverages AI-powered tools and copilots to enhance requirement analysis, configuration, testing, and troubleshooting, driving efficiency in Order to Cash (O2C) processes. You'll integrate pre-built AI services to optimize workflows and improve productivity, rather than focusing on deep AI model development.

Configure and optimize SAP SD modules, including Order Management, Pricing, Delivery, and Billing. Utilize AI copilots for drafting functional specifications, validating pricing logic, and generating test cases. Support end-to-end implementation cycles from requirements gathering to post-go-live support. Integrate SAP SD with other modules like MM, FI, and PP, as well as external systems. Accelerate process analysis, pricing diagnostics, and impact analysis using AI tools. Automate documentation and incorporate pre-built AI features into SD workflows, such as automated exception detection or intelligent order classification. Leverage LLM assistance for faster incident resolution. Ensure solutions comply with organizational SDLC practices and audit controls.

A strong understanding of SAP SD processes and O2C workflows, including order creation, ATP, shipping, billing, and pricing procedures, is essential. Experience with SD/FI and SD/MM integrations, master data management, IDocs, and common SD troubleshooting is required. Hands-on experience with AI copilots, automated documentation tools, and AI-assisted testing/analysis is a must. The ability to integrate pre-built AI capabilities into SD process flows is key. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are needed to translate business needs into scalable SAP SD configurations and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. A continuous learning mindset and comfort with AI augmented productivity tools are expected. Fifteen years of full-time education is required.
