A strong foundation in custom software engineering is essential, with a minimum of 2 years of experience. Proficiency in Salesforce Data Cloud/CDP/Salesforce Data/Data 360 is mandatory, including expertise in integrations, data streams, and data model design. Experience with creating segments, activations, and calculated insights is also required.

Candidates should possess a deep understanding of software development principles and methodologies. Familiarity with designing and building applications to meet complex business needs is crucial. Knowledge of database management systems and SQL is beneficial. A minimum of 15 years of full-time education is a prerequisite for this role.
