As a Custom Software Engineer, you will be instrumental in defining requirements and designing applications that perfectly align with business processes and operational needs. You'll analyze existing workflows, propose strategic enhancements, and ensure developed applications effectively support business objectives. As a Custom Software Engineer, you will be expected to develop into a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and perform independently. Active contribution to team discussions and problem-solving is essential. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements, assisting in the development and implementation of custom software applications. Furthermore, you will support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities for process optimization and documenting application designs while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders.

This role requires a minimum of 2 years of experience, specifically in SAP BTP Application Development. A foundational understanding of cloud-based application development and deployment is necessary, along with familiarity with integration techniques and middleware solutions within SAP environments. Strong problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail are crucial. Candidates should possess knowledge of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies. A 15-year full-time education is a prerequisite for this position, which is based at our Gurugram office.
