Seeking a skilled Custom Software Engineer to design, code, and enhance components across various systems and applications. This role involves utilizing modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions that meet specific business requirements. Focus on building custom software that drives change and empowers users, contributing to technological innovation.

Key responsibilities include monitoring SAP systems, diagnosing failures, and evaluating system effectiveness. You will be responsible for designing and implementing optimal SAP configurations to maximize performance and availability. Introducing technical changes with a structured, risk-minimizing approach and maintaining system documentation are crucial. Installation and configuration of SAP database and application servers, along with SAP performance tuning, are essential. Experience with newer technologies like HANA databases (1.0/2.0) and Oracle database is required. Experience in a RISE Environment is advantageous.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP Basis Administration is required. The role demands proficiency in core SAP Basis administration tasks, including software installation, upgrades, applying support packages using SUM, patches, and fixes. Maintaining multi-landscape environments through copies and refreshes, along with transport management, is expected. Executing daily operational activities such as object transports, setup, configuration, monitoring, troubleshooting, error handling, and upgrades is part of the technical experience needed. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential professional attributes. A minimum of 15 years of full-time education is a mandatory requirement.
