This role focuses on developing custom SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting solutions. You will leverage modern frameworks and agile practices to build scalable, high-performing applications tailored to specific business requirements. The position also integrates AI-assisted development tools and copilots to enhance financial process analysis, configuration, documentation, testing, and troubleshooting.

Emphasis is placed on seamless integration, delivering high-quality solutions, and boosting productivity through AI enablement. Core responsibilities include configuring and enhancing SAP FI components, translating business needs into scalable configurations, and supporting the entire delivery lifecycle from requirements to hypercare. Collaboration with finance users and cross-functional teams is essential for delivering aligned, effective solutions. This position does not require deep model development or advanced LLM/RAG engineering.

Configure and enhance core SAP FI modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Banking, Tax, and Financial Closing. Translate business requirements into scalable SAP configurations, utilizing AI copilots to accelerate analysis and documentation. Support end-to-end project delivery, encompassing requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and hypercare. Integrate SAP FI with other SAP modules (MM, SD, CO, AA) and external systems using standard integration patterns and APIs. Employ AI copilots for drafting functional specifications, validating configurations, generating test scripts, performing impact analysis, and creating documentation. Apply pre-built AI services, such as anomaly detection and intelligent validations, to improve finance processes. Utilize AI tools for financial data interpretation, error diagnosis, and faster issue resolution. Ensure adherence to SDLC, audit controls, finance governance, data accuracy, and system performance standards. Conduct workshops, solution walkthroughs, testing cycles, and troubleshooting sessions, leveraging AI-enhanced insights. Collaborate effectively with finance users, functional teams, technical teams, and cross-module stakeholders. Contribute to the development of reusable templates, checklists, documentation patterns, and best practices for AI-assisted development.

Possess a strong understanding of SAP FI S/4HANA processes, including the Universal Journal, Financial Closing & Reporting, AP/AR Processing, Asset Accounting (AA), Banking & Cash Management, and Taxation and compliance. Demonstrate experience integrating SAP FI with SAP CO, MM, and SD modules. Have hands-on experience with AI copilots, LLM-based assistants, automated documentation tools, and AI-driven testing. Understand fundamental AI concepts, limitations, responsible AI usage, and the practical application of pre-built AI services (model training, RAG, or agentic development are not required). Exhibit the ability to use AI for analysis, validation, test generation, workflow optimization, and issue resolution. Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills related to finance processes and data. Communicate clearly and collaborate effectively with both business and technical teams. Be capable of translating business requirements into well-structured SAP finance solutions. Maintain a continuous learning mindset and demonstrate comfort with adopting AI-enabled workflows. An educational background of 15 years of full-time education is mandatory.
