Lead the design and delivery of AI-driven solutions, applying Generative and Agentic AI to solve complex business challenges. Automate processes and integrate intelligent insights into enterprise workflows for measurable impact.

Engage in hands-on coding for application development, testing, and deployment. Design scalable, cloud-native application architectures, focusing on performance and maintainability. Build and maintain integrations using APIs, microservices, and event-driven patterns. Develop and deploy applications across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud. Implement practical AI features and collaborate with DevOps for containerized solutions and CI/CD pipelines. Optimize applications for performance and security, and collaborate across teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required, alongside 2-12 years of hands-on full-stack development experience, including at least 2 years in a lead developer or junior architect role.

Demonstrate strong proficiency in Java Spring boot and Python for backend development, with hands-on experience in front-end frameworks like React or Angular. You should have practical experience with integration patterns, microservices architecture, and experience building solutions in multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).

Familiarity with AI/ML integration, containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes), Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), cloud-native services, and DevOps practices is essential. A solid understanding of secure coding practices and basic enterprise security standards is also expected. Strong debugging, problem-solving, and communication skills are vital for collaborating effectively.
