Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft ASP.NET is essential for this role. A strong foundation in object-oriented programming principles and software design is required, alongside familiarity with core web development technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Understanding of database management systems and their integration with applications is also necessary.

Experience working within agile development environments and utilizing version control systems is expected. A minimum of two years of experience specifically with Microsoft ASP.NET is mandatory.
