Join our team as a Custom Software Engineer to design, code, and enhance system components using modern frameworks and agile methodologies. This role focuses on developing scalable, high-performance solutions tailored to specific business needs, emphasizing efficiency and innovation.

You will leverage AI-assisted development tools to accelerate various stages of the software development lifecycle, from requirement analysis to troubleshooting. The focus is on enhancing productivity through AI enablement rather than deep AI model development.

Key responsibilities include configuring and optimizing SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) components such as Order Management, Pricing, Delivery, Billing, and Credit Management. You will utilize AI copilots for drafting functional specifications, validating pricing logic, generating test cases, and accelerating documentation.

Support end-to-end implementation cycles, integrate SD with other modules (MM, FI, PP, WM/EWM) and external systems, and apply AI-enabled tools for process analysis, diagnostics, impact analysis, and test planning. Incorporate pre-built AI features into SD workflows for automated exception detection and intelligent order processing. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure end-to-end O2C alignment and contribute best practices enhanced by AI.

A strong foundation in SAP SD expertise is essential, including a deep understanding of Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes, SD/FI and SD/MM integrations, master data, IDocs, and common troubleshooting steps. Hands-on experience with AI copilots, automated documentation, and AI-assisted testing tools is required.

Translate business requirements into scalable SAP SD configurations and possess effective communication and collaboration skills. A continuous learning mindset and comfort with AI-augmented productivity tools are key. A minimum of 15 years of full-time education is mandatory for this role.
