Design and develop comprehensive Copilot Studio agents, encompassing topics, trigger phrases, entities, and conversation flows. Configure generative orchestration, knowledge sources, and generative answers for accurate agent responses. Build and maintain Power Automate flows for extended agent actions and system integrations. Implement and utilize MCP Server tool/plugin connections to enhance agent capabilities. Manage agent publishing across multiple channels and environments, adhering to ALM practices. Optimize agent behavior and prompts, utilizing Azure AI Foundry for advanced model selection and grounding patterns. Conduct thorough unit testing, troubleshoot conversational issues, and apply responsible AI practices throughout development. Collaborate with teams on design, security, and ALM alignment.

Requires strong development expertise with hands-on proficiency in Copilot Studio, including topics, generative orchestration, knowledge sources, publishing, and ALM. Essential skills include working knowledge of Power Automate for automation and integration. Experience with configuring MCP Server/tool connections is vital. Familiarity with Azure AI Foundry for model selection, prompt engineering, and grounding patterns is beneficial. A solid understanding of responsible AI principles and bias/safety validation is necessary. Agile delivery experience and strong debugging skills are preferred.
