Join our team as a Custom Software Engineer, where you will craft bespoke software solutions. This role involves designing, coding, and enhancing system components, utilizing modern frameworks and agile methodologies. The focus is on delivering scalable, high-performance solutions tailored to unique business requirements.

Leverage AI-assisted development tools and copilots to streamline requirement analysis, coding, testing, documentation, and troubleshooting. This position is integral to delivering efficient Order to Cash (O2C) solutions and improving overall productivity through AI enablement, rather than developing AI models directly.

Configure and optimize SAP SD modules, including order management, pricing, delivery, billing, and credit management.

Utilize AI copilots to accelerate the creation of functional specifications, validate pricing logic, automate test cases, and expedite documentation.

Support full implementation cycles, from requirements gathering and solution design through post-go-live support.

Integrate SAP SD with other modules like MM, FI, PP, WM/EWM, and external systems via standard APIs and middleware.

Apply AI-enabled tools to enhance process analysis, pricing diagnostics, impact analysis, test planning, and documentation automation. Integrate pre-built AI features into SD workflows for tasks like automated exception detection and intelligent order classification.

Ensure solutions comply with organizational SDLC practices, audit controls, and governance requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including logistics, finance, and supply chain, to ensure end-to-end O2C alignment.

A strong foundation in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) is essential, with comprehensive knowledge of O2C processes such as order creation, ATP, shipping, billing, and credit checks.

Experience with SD/FI and SD/MM integrations, understanding cross-module dependencies, master data management (customer, material, pricing, credit), IDocs, outputs, and common SD troubleshooting steps are crucial.

Demonstrate hands-on experience with AI copilots, automated documentation tools, and AI-assisted testing/analysis tools. The ability to integrate pre-built AI capabilities into SD workflows is key. A solid understanding of responsible AI usage and its limitations in commercial workflows is also expected.

Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills specific to O2C scenarios. Effectively translate business needs into scalable SAP SD configurations. Excellent communication and collaboration skills are vital for working with diverse stakeholders. A continuous learning mindset and comfort with AI-augmented productivity tools are highly valued.
