We are seeking an experienced Custom Software Engineer with a minimum of 3 years of dedicated experience in the Pro WFM domain. Essential skills include a strong understanding of UKG Pro, with specific expertise in Timekeeping, Accruals, and Basic Scheduler functionalities. Practical experience with Dell Boomi is also required. Knowledge of Business Structure Setup and Labor Category Setup in Pro WFM is crucial. Familiarity with Tiles Setup and Display Profiles Setup in Pro WFM is expected. While not mandatory, a Dell Boomi certification or SQL Reporting knowledge would be advantageous. Experience in managing CRT tables and integrations within Pro WFM is a plus.
