Join our team as a Custom Software Engineer, focusing on developing advanced SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) solutions. You will leverage AI-powered tools to streamline requirement analysis, coding, configuration, testing, and documentation. This role emphasizes delivering efficient Order to Cash (O2C) processes and integrating pre-built AI services to enhance productivity, rather than focusing on deep AI model development.

This position involves creating custom software solutions that enhance system components. Utilizing modern frameworks and agile methodologies, you will build scalable, high-performance applications tailored to specific business needs. The goal is to deliver robust solutions that drive business value and efficiency.

Configure and optimize SAP SD components, including order management, pricing, delivery, billing, credit management, and returns. Employ AI copilots to generate functional specifications, validate pricing logic, and automate test case creation. Support full implementation lifecycles, from gathering requirements and designing solutions to configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support. Integrate SAP SD with other modules (MM, FI, PP, WM/EWM) and external systems using standard APIs and middleware.

Accelerate processes using AI-enabled tools for analysis, diagnostics, impact assessment, and test planning. Incorporate pre-built AI features into SAP SD workflows, such as automated exception detection, intelligent order classification, and smart summarization of issues. Utilize LLM assistance for incident troubleshooting to reduce resolution times.

Ensure solutions align with organizational SDLC practices, audit controls, and compliance. Conduct workshops and solution walkthroughs, supported by AI insights. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure end-to-end O2C alignment and contribute reusable assets enhanced by AI accelerators.

Possess strong SAP SD expertise, with a deep understanding of O2C processes from order creation to billing, including ATP, shipping, credit checks, and pricing. Demonstrate experience with SD/FI and SD/MM integrations and understanding cross-module dependencies. Familiarity with master data, IDocs, outputs, and common SD troubleshooting steps is essential.

Develop proficiency in using AI copilots, automated documentation tools, and AI-assisted testing/analysis tools. The ability to integrate pre-built AI capabilities into SAP SD process flows is required. A foundational understanding of responsible AI usage and its limitations in commercial workflows is also necessary.

Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving skills in O2C scenarios. Translate business requirements into scalable SAP SD configurations effectively. Strong communication and collaboration skills are vital for working with cross-functional stakeholders.
