We are seeking a skilled Custom Software Engineer with a focus on SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) to join our team.

This role involves developing and enhancing custom software solutions, utilizing modern frameworks and agile methodologies to deliver scalable and high-performing applications tailored to specific business requirements.

Ideal candidates will leverage AI-assisted development tools and copilots to streamline tasks such as requirement analysis, configuration, testing, and documentation, enhancing efficiency in Order to Cash (O2C) processes. The position focuses on improving productivity through AI enablement rather than deep AI model development.

Key responsibilities include configuring and optimizing SAP SD components like order management, pricing, delivery, billing, and credit management.

You will utilize AI copilots to generate functional specifications, validate pricing logic, automate test case creation, and accelerate documentation.

This role also supports end-to-end implementation cycles, integrating SD with other modules (MM, FI, PP, WM/EWM) and external systems. Productivity will be enhanced through AI tools for process analysis, diagnostics, impact analysis, and test execution.

Ensure solutions comply with organizational SDLC practices, audit controls, and governance requirements. Collaborate with various teams to ensure O2C alignment and contribute reusable best practices.

We are looking for candidates with strong SAP SD expertise, including a deep understanding of O2C processes and experience with SD/FI and SD/MM integrations.

A solid grasp of master data, IDocs, outputs, and common SD troubleshooting steps is essential.

Experience with AI copilots, automated documentation tools, and AI-assisted testing or analysis tools is required.

Ability to integrate pre-built AI capabilities into SD workflows is necessary, alongside an understanding of responsible AI usage. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are vital for translating business needs into SAP SD configurations and collaborating effectively with stakeholders.
