This role involves developing and enhancing custom software solutions, focusing on designing, coding, and improving system components. You will leverage modern frameworks and agile methodologies to deliver scalable, high-performance solutions tailored to specific business requirements.

As an experienced AVEVA PI System Senior Analyst, you will support and advance enterprise historian solutions within a leading global pharmaceutical organization. The ideal candidate possesses strong expertise in AVEVA PI System administration, data integration, and manufacturing analytics, with practical experience in regulated (GxP) environments and CSV documentation.

Key responsibilities include administering, configuring, and supporting the AVEVA PI System, encompassing PI Data Archive, PI Asset Framework (AF), PI Vision, PI Web API, PI Interfaces, PI Analysis, and PI Notifications. You will also develop and troubleshoot PI AF asset models, analyses, and related objects, and understand PI System integration with SCADA, MES, databases, and other applications.

Further duties involve managing PI Interfaces, monitoring system performance, providing L2/L3 production support, and assisting with system upgrades and maintenance. Ensuring compliance with GxP and FDA 21 CFR Part 11 requirements, alongside data integrity and ALCOA standards, is crucial. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential for delivering effective solutions.

A minimum of 2-5 years of experience is required for this role. Essential skills include Aveva OSIsoft PI, with strong capabilities in system administration, configuration, and support. Proficiency in developing and troubleshooting PI AF asset models, analyses, and event frames is necessary.

Experience with industrial automation technologies like PLC, DCS, SCADA, and OPC DA/UA is beneficial. You should also possess good knowledge of SQL Server, Microsoft Windows Server, and PowerShell. The role requires a 15-year full-time education and a Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Instrumentation, or a related field is preferred.
