Key technical skills include a strong understanding of OOPS concepts, expertise in Core Java, Spring, JUnit, Mockito, and Cucumber, along with Kafka knowledge. Familiarity with build tools like Maven and Ant, CI/CD pipelines, and code versioning tools like GIT is also necessary.

A solid grasp of software development principles and best practices, along with experience in developing applications using the Spring Boot framework, is expected. Knowledge of testing frameworks like JUnit and familiarity with Agile methodologies are important for ensuring code quality and efficient development processes.
