We are seeking a Custom Software Engineer with expertise in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD). This role involves developing and enhancing custom software solutions, leveraging modern frameworks and agile practices.

You will be instrumental in designing, configuring, and improving SAP SD processes, utilizing AI-assisted development tools to streamline requirement analysis, configuration, testing, documentation, and troubleshooting. The focus is on delivering efficient Order to Cash (O2C) solutions and enhancing productivity through AI-enabled assistance.

Configure and optimize SAP SD components, including Order Management, Pricing, Delivery, Billing, Credit Management, and Returns. Utilize AI copilots to generate functional specifications, validate pricing logic, automate test cases, and accelerate documentation. Support end-to-end implementation cycles from requirements gathering to post-go-live support. Integrate SAP SD with other modules like MM, FI, PP, WM/EWM, and external systems. Apply AI-enabled tools to expedite process analysis, pricing diagnostics, impact analysis, and test planning. Incorporate pre-built AI features into SD workflows for tasks like exception detection and intelligent order classification. Leverage LLM assistance for faster incident resolution during troubleshooting. Ensure solutions adhere to organizational SDLC practices, audit controls, and compliance requirements. Collaborate effectively with logistics, finance, supply chain, and technical teams for O2C alignment. Contribute reusable templates and best practices enhanced by AI accelerators.

A strong understanding of SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) processes is essential, covering Order Management, Pricing, Delivery, Billing, Credit Management, and Returns. Demonstrated experience with O2C processes, including order creation, ATP, shipping, billing, credit checks, and pricing procedures. Proficiency in SD/FI and SD/MM integrations, with knowledge of cross-module dependencies. Familiarity with master data, IDocs, outputs, and common SD troubleshooting steps is required. Hands-on experience with AI copilots, automated documentation tools, and AI-assisted testing/analysis tools is a must. Ability to integrate pre-built AI capabilities into SD process flows, not developing custom LLMs or agentic systems. Understanding of responsible AI usage and its limitations, particularly in commercial workflows. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills in O2C scenarios. Ability to translate business requirements into scalable SAP SD configurations. Effective communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional stakeholders. A continuous learning mindset and comfort using AI-augmented productivity tools. A minimum of 3 years of experience is required, with the overall experience range being 2-5 years.
