Join our team as a Custom Software Engineer, where you'll craft innovative software solutions. You will be instrumental in designing, coding, and enhancing system components using modern frameworks and agile methodologies. Our focus is on delivering scalable, high-performance solutions precisely tailored to meet specific business requirements.

Design and develop robust Copilot Studio agents, meticulously configuring topics, trigger phrases, entities, and conversation flows. Optimize agent responses by setting up generative orchestration, knowledge sources, and generative answers. Extend agent capabilities by building and maintaining Power Automate flows for backend processes and line-of-business system integrations. Implement and integrate MCP Server tool/plugin connections to broaden agent functionalities beyond native Copilot Studio actions. Ensure smooth agent publishing across various channels, managing environment and ALM practices. Fine-tune agent behavior and prompts, leveraging Azure AI Foundry for advanced model selection and custom grounding when necessary. Conduct thorough unit-level testing and troubleshoot conversational issues or connector problems. Apply responsible AI principles, including bias and safety checks, throughout the development lifecycle. Collaborate with the team on agent design, security, and ALM alignment, actively participating in code reviews.

A strong foundation in development, with extensive hands-on experience in Microsoft Copilot Studio, covering topics, generative orchestration, knowledge sources, publishing, and ALM. Practical knowledge of Power Automate for workflow automation and seamless integration with Copilot Studio agents is essential. Experience configuring MCP Server/tool connections to enhance agent actions is required. Familiarity with Azure AI Foundry for model selection, prompt engineering, and grounding patterns is a valuable asset. A solid understanding of responsible AI principles and practices for bias and safety validation is expected. Agile delivery experience, coupled with strong debugging and conversational-flow troubleshooting skills, is preferred.
