Independently perform and become a Subject Matter Expert (SME). Actively participate and contribute in team discussions. Provide solutions to work-related problems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Maintain and enhance existing software applications for improved functionality and performance. Document development processes, code changes, and system configurations for knowledge sharing and maintainability. Assist and guide junior team members to foster their professional development.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) is mandatory. Requires 15 years of full-time education. Must possess a strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies. Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing custom software solutions aligned with business needs. Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues efficiently. Familiarity with integrating software components and third-party systems is beneficial. Solid understanding of performance optimization and designing scalable software solutions is expected.
