You will be instrumental in enhancing the Order to Cash (O2C) process, utilizing AI copilots for analysis, configuration, testing, and documentation. The focus is on boosting productivity and efficiency through AI enablement rather than deep AI model development.

Configure and optimize core SAP SD components, including Order Management, Pricing, Delivery, Billing, and Credit Management. Utilize AI copilots to expedite the creation of functional specifications, validate pricing logic, and automate test case generation. Support the entire implementation lifecycle, from requirements gathering and solution design to deployment and post-go-live support. Ensure seamless integration of SD with other modules like MM, FI, PP, WM/EWM, and external systems.

Apply AI-enabled tools to accelerate process analysis, diagnostic efforts, impact assessments, and test planning. Incorporate pre-built AI features into SD workflows for tasks such as automated exception detection and intelligent order prioritization. Leverage LLM-assisted troubleshooting to significantly reduce incident resolution times. Maintain adherence to organizational SDLC practices, audit controls, and compliance requirements. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve end-to-end O2C alignment and contribute reusable assets enhanced by AI.

A strong foundation in SAP SD is essential, with a comprehensive understanding of O2C processes from order creation to billing and credit checks. Experience in integrating SD with FI and MM modules, along with knowledge of master data, IDocs, and common troubleshooting steps, is crucial. This role requires hands-on experience with AI copilots and AI-assisted tools for documentation and analysis. The ability to integrate pre-built AI capabilities into existing SD workflows is a key requirement, alongside an understanding of responsible AI usage in commercial contexts.
