As a Custom Software Engineer, you will be instrumental in designing, coding, and enhancing software components across various systems and applications. Leveraging modern frameworks and agile methodologies, you'll deliver scalable, high-performing solutions precisely tailored to unique business requirements.

This role involves independently performing tasks and developing expertise to become a subject matter expert. Active contribution to team discussions and providing solutions to complex work-related challenges are expected. You will collaborate with stakeholders to refine requirements and maintain existing software for optimal functionality and performance.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for custom software development.

Develop custom software solutions, designing, coding, and enhancing components across systems or applications.

Use modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions.

Maintain and improve existing software components to enhance functionality and performance.

Document technical specifications and development processes to support knowledge sharing.

Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support in their development tasks.

Possess a strong proficiency in SAP PP Production Planning & Control for Discrete Industries.

Demonstrate a solid understanding of production planning processes and discrete manufacturing workflows.

Have experience customizing and configuring SAP modules to meet specific business needs.

Show ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues within SAP production planning environments.

Be familiar with integration techniques between SAP and other enterprise systems.

A minimum of 2 years of experience in SAP PP Production Planning & Control Discrete Industries is required. A total of 15 years of full-time education is also necessary for this role.
