Join our team as a Custom Software Engineer focused on developing innovative AI-powered conversational agents. You will be instrumental in designing, coding, and enhancing components that deliver scalable, high-performing solutions tailored to specific business requirements. We leverage modern frameworks and agile methodologies to ensure efficient and effective project delivery.

Design and build sophisticated Copilot Studio agents, encompassing topics, trigger phrases, entities, variables, and detailed conversation flows. Configure generative orchestration, knowledge sources, and AI-driven answers for accurate responses. Extend agent capabilities through Power Automate, MCP Server tool connections, and advanced Azure AI Foundry models. Manage agent publishing across various channels and implement robust environment/ALM practices. Optimize agent behavior and apply responsible AI principles throughout development. Conduct thorough unit testing and troubleshoot complex issues, ensuring reliable agent performance.

A minimum of 3 years of dedicated experience in developing custom software solutions is essential. You should possess strong, hands-on expertise in Microsoft Copilot Studio, including its core features like topics, generative orchestration, and publishing. Familiarity with Power Automate for automation and integration is crucial, as is experience configuring MCP Server/tool connections. Working knowledge of Azure AI Foundry for model selection and grounding patterns is highly desirable. An understanding of responsible AI principles and agile delivery practices will contribute to your success in this role.
