We are seeking a Custom Software Engineer to design, code, and enhance components across various systems. You will utilize modern frameworks and agile methodologies to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions tailored to specific business requirements. This role involves providing expert support for customers using new and emerging technologies, acting as a key escalation point for complex issues.

This is a customer-facing position critical during pre and post-implementation phases. Success requires a deep understanding of our offerings and an adept command of networking, API, MSSQL, Oracle, Java, Linux, Postgres, and Hana/DB2. You will be instrumental in driving customer satisfaction through exceptional technical expertise and issue resolution.

- Serve as the ultimate escalation point for highly complex and sensitive client issues. - Drive exceptional customer experiences through prompt responses and positive interactions. - Effectively communicate customer needs and requirements to internal teams. - Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior staff members. - Independently meet performance targets and daily work goals. - Act as a liaison during customer program implementations, gaining product and technology insights for post-implementation support. - Deliver ongoing support and troubleshooting for installed technical solutions, analyzing issues and applying technical knowledge according to established standards.

- Minimum 2-5 years of relevant industry experience is required, with a minimum of 3 years of direct experience. - Possess professional experience in troubleshooting, maintaining, or developing data-driven applications connected to relational databases, XML sources, and high-volume web services. - Demonstrate expert knowledge in supported transmission types (XML, REST, JSON) and processing tools like SoapUI and Postman. - Proficient in Data Security & Operations, LINUX, and Web Programming, including HTTP programming and web services. - Experience with building and maintaining Big Data and Fast Data applications is highly desirable. - Ability to handle customer escalations calmly and effectively in stressful situations, applying strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
