As a Custom Software Engineer, expect to act as a Subject Matter Expert and participate actively in team discussions. You will contribute to problem-solving, collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into effective software solutions, and maintain/enhance existing software components for improved performance.

Key responsibilities include documenting development processes, supporting junior team members with guidance and best practices, and ensuring knowledge sharing within the team.

Candidates should possess a minimum of 3 years of experience, with a strong proficiency in Salesforce Field Service Lightning. A solid understanding of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies is essential.

Experience in customizing and extending Salesforce Field Service Lightning capabilities, along with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues within Salesforce environments, is required. Familiarity with integration techniques, APIs, and database management concepts is also beneficial. A 15-year full-time education is a prerequisite for this role.
