Join our team as a Custom Software Engineer, focusing on SAP Sales and Distribution (SD). You will develop, code, and enhance system components using modern frameworks and agile methodologies to deliver scalable, high-performance solutions. This role involves leveraging AI assisted development tools and copilots to streamline requirement analysis, configuration, testing, documentation, and troubleshooting, ultimately delivering efficient Order to Cash (O2C) solutions.

Your work will integrate pre-built AI services and enhance productivity through AI assistance, rather than deep AI model development. We are seeking an engineer who can design, configure, and optimize SAP SD processes, contributing to faster, more accurate, and transparent solutions.

Configure and optimize SAP SD modules including Order Management, Pricing, Delivery, Billing, Credit Management, and Returns. Utilize AI copilots for drafting functional specifications, validating pricing logic, automating test case generation, and accelerating documentation. Support full implementation cycles from requirements gathering to post-go-live support. Integrate SD with other SAP modules (MM, FI, PP, WM/EWM) and external systems.

Apply AI-enabled tools to accelerate process analysis, pricing diagnostics, impact analysis, test planning, and documentation automation. Incorporate pre-built AI features for automated exception detection, intelligent order classification, and smart summarization of issues. Employ LLM-assisted troubleshooting to reduce incident resolution times. Ensure solutions adhere to SDLC practices, audit controls, and compliance requirements.

A strong understanding of SAP SD processes and O2C workflows, including order creation, ATP, shipping, billing, credit checks, and pricing procedures is essential. Experience with SD/FI and SD/MM integrations, along with knowledge of master data, IDocs, outputs, and common SD troubleshooting steps is required.

Hands-on experience with AI copilots, automated documentation tools, and AI-assisted testing/analysis tools is crucial. You should be able to integrate pre-built AI capabilities into SAP SD process flows. A solid analytical and problem-solving aptitude in O2C scenarios, coupled with effective communication and collaboration skills, is expected. A continuous learning mindset and comfort with AI-augmented productivity tools are key.
