This role involves leading the design, development, and configuration of custom software applications, serving as the primary point of contact for project initiatives. The engineer will drive the entire application lifecycle, ensuring solutions meet stringent quality and performance standards. This position requires a self-starter with a strong ability to manage tasks, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and adapt to evolving project requirements. The focus is on delivering robust and innovative software solutions within a dynamic environment.

Independently perform duties and become a subject matter expert (SME). Actively contribute to team discussions and collaborative problem-solving. Participate in gathering and analyzing requirements with cross-functional teams. Provide guidance and support to junior team members to foster their technical growth. Maintain comprehensive documentation of development processes and project milestones. Continuously assess and enhance application performance, reliability, and scalability.

A minimum of 3 years of professional experience is mandatory, with a preference for 5 years in Java Full Stack Development. Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development is essential, alongside strong knowledge of front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks. Experience with back-end development using Java and relevant frameworks (e.g., Spring 5-6, Java 8-17+) is required. Familiarity with database management (SQL/NoSQL), REST API design, and CI/CD tools such as GitLab is necessary. Understanding of application design principles, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and containerization (Docker) is beneficial. Hands-on experience with testing tools like JUnit 5 and Postman, coupled with an understanding of Agile methodologies, is expected. DevOps exposure or familiarity with testing frameworks is a plus. Completion of 15 years of full-time education is a requirement.
