This role involves leveraging cutting-edge AI tools and copilots to enhance the entire development lifecycle, from requirement analysis and configuration to testing and documentation. You will focus on delivering high-impact Order to Cash (O2C) processes, integrating pre-built AI services, and boosting team productivity through AI-driven assistance.

Configure and optimize SAP SD modules, including order management, pricing, delivery, billing, and credit management.

Utilize AI copilots to accelerate the creation of functional specifications, validate pricing logic, generate test cases, and automate documentation.

Support end-to-end SAP implementation cycles, from initial requirements gathering and solution design to deployment and post-go-live support.

Integrate SAP SD with other modules like MM, FI, PP, WM/EWM, and external systems using standard APIs and middleware.

Employ AI-enabled tools to streamline process analysis, diagnose pricing issues, perform impact analysis for changes, and enhance test planning and execution.

Incorporate pre-built AI features into SD workflows, such as automated exception detection and intelligent order classification.

Apply LLM assistance for rapid troubleshooting during system incidents.

Ensure all solutions adhere to organizational SDLC, audit controls, and compliance requirements. Partner with various business and technical teams to achieve seamless O2C alignment.

A strong foundation in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) processes, including order creation, ATP, shipping, billing, credit checks, and pricing procedures.

Demonstrated experience with SD/FI and SD/MM integrations, understanding cross-module dependencies.

Proficiency in SAP SD troubleshooting, master data management (customer, material, pricing, credit), and IDocs.

Hands-on experience with AI copilots, automated documentation tools, and AI-assisted testing/analysis.

Ability to integrate pre-built AI capabilities into SD process flows, rather than developing custom AI models.

Solid analytical and problem-solving skills specifically within O2C scenarios.

Capability to translate complex business requirements into effective SAP SD configurations.
