Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery. Maintain and configure Kronos modules, including accruals and timekeeper. Participate in functional testing, integration testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Assist clients with testing, solution comprehension, and system handover. Engage in test automation and manual testing for the UKG platform. Provide mentorship to junior team members. Work effectively both independently and within a team environment. Apply creative and analytical problem-solving skills. Utilize strong interpersonal skills for client and co-worker interaction, managing tasks with minimal supervision. Foster a team-oriented environment. Demonstrate enthusiasm for working in an information systems setting.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in the Pro WFM domain is essential. Possess 2+ years of hands-on experience with Pro WFM. Demonstrate significant expertise in Kronos, with functional proficiency in Timekeeping and Absence Management. Proven experience in leading or contributing to implementation/support projects. Solid understanding of Business Structure Setup and Labor Category Setup within Pro WFM. Knowledge of Tiles Setup and Display Profiles Setup in Pro WFM. Familiarity with building custom reports using the BIRT tool is advantageous. Understanding of managing CRT tables and integrations in Pro WFM is beneficial. Experience with other UKG modules such as Leave, Attendance, and Devices is a plus. Practical experience or exposure to Boomi is highly desirable. SQL Reporting and Boomi certifications are considered an added advantage.
